Our vacation rental is located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg, near shopping, restaurants, hiking and more.
Our rental features a fully stocked galley kitchen, a private balcony with stunning mountain views, a renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a gas fireplace, a comfy sectional, and a heated pool. Booking your stay

* First payment: A payment of 15% is required upfront to secure your reservation, but keep in mind dates cannot be held without a payment.
* Second payment due 30 days before arrival: This will cover the remaining balance of your stay.
* Review and agree to the rental agreement: This document will outline the full terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
* Receive a welcome book link: Once you agree to the terms, you'll get access to information about the condo and surrounding area.
* Customization: If the standard payment schedule does not work for you, you can inquire about customizing it.
