About Us

 

We are a Real Estate and Vacation Rental Team! We have been married since 2009 and have 2 children and 2 dogs.  We chose our business name, KiN, as "kin" means "family" in English and "home" in Navajo. Our children's names begin with K & N.  We're a family business with over 20yrs experience in real estate investment and property management. 

 

Channing ​is a retired Army Officer with a broad knowledge of the types of investments and is the KiN Qualifying Broker. He's been licensed for over 15yrs.

Rhiannon is a hospitality specialist with over 19yrs experience in the hotel and vacation rental industry. She enjoys making guests feel at home when they stay at one of our properties.
