The first time you arrive, stay in the left lane and let the security gaurd know which building and unit number you are renting. *The security gaurd will direct you to get a parking pass at the front desk. *The front desk is located in the club house; go straight, the road will curve around in front of the club house.

All vehicles MUST display a parking pass. We do not charge a parking fee to guests who are staying in our unit (4-413). Please stop by the Club House to register your vehicle at Vacasa's Front Desk. *Please note our unit is privately managed and not part of the Vacasa program.

WiFi is free and available in the condo and by the pool. Internet speed: 100 mbps SSID: BahamaBay-Guest Password: Sunshine 2023

- Thermostat is located on the wall near the front door. - Please do not leave the AC unit running while the balcony doors are open. Leaving the doors open will cause the AC unit to freeze up and shut off.

- During peak season, guests need to stop by the front desk to schedule a time to use the tennis court. - There are pickleball nets that guests can set up on the court to play pickleball. - Bring your own rackets or exchange your photo ID to check out rackets at the front desk.

Shopping while on vacation is a great way to add unique items to your wardrobe. - Disney Springs - The Mall at Millenia - Orlando Square - International Drive Outlet - Vineland Premium Outlets - Shoppes of Cypress Creek - Colonial Plaza - John's Pass in Clearwater (90 miles away), unique boutiques.

If you need an early check-in, please reach out directly to us. We will work with our cleaner to get you into the unit as early as possible. (Please keep in mind that our cleaners have until 4pm to get the condo ready.) - Please note that there are cameras and onsite security at the resort. - Cameras do not look into any interior spaces.

Your door code will be texted to the phone number on the reservation. I send out door codes several days before your arrival date. *Each door code is individually created. It begins working at 4pm (on Arrival Date) and will stop working at 10 am (of Departure Date).

- We try to accommodate our guests when possible. If you need a late check-out, please reach out and ask. - Please place towels in a pile. - Please remove all perishable items from the fridge and throw them away. - Please bag and carry your garbage to the trash cans located on the first floor. - Close and lock all windows and doors. - Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. - Leave all beds unmade. - Have a safe drive home!

*Pool 1 - The closest pool & hot tub to this unit, is located in the middle of the yellow building cluster. - Hours are dawn to dusk - Bathrooms available - Outdoor shower available *Pool 2 - The second closest pool is located at the Club House, you are likely to see it upon picking up your parking pass. - Hours are 8am - 11pm - 2 hot tubs available - Bathrooms available - Outdoor showers available - Pool tables - Mambos Bar *Pool 3 - The pool we enjoy the most is located at Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar. - Hours are 8am - 10pm - 2 hot tubs - Sandy beach area - Beach volleyball - Access to Lake Davenport fishing pier - Bathrooms available - Outdoor shower available *Pool 4 - The final pool is located in the middle of the brown building cluster - Hours dawn to dusk - Bathrooms available - Outdoor rinse off shower Some Rules *Please keep the pool gate closed at all times. *No glass allowed *No loud or explicit music *Please keep a close eye on your children

- Gas grills must be reserved at the front desk, at least 24 hours prior to use. - Grills are located in front of building 5. - Grilling utensils are in one of the kitchen drawers, please remember to bring them back into our unit.

- The basketball court is in the same area as the tennis court. - During peak season, guests need to stop by the front desk and reserve time to use the court.

Tradewinds is the onsite restaurant and bar. The pool is a popular place to hang out. - Hours are seasonal - Pool and 2 jacuzzi's - Beach area - Beach volleyball - Lake Davenport fishing pier - Indoor pool table

- Stop by the Club House to pick up a coupon book or peruse the brochure rack. - Disney World - Universal Studios Orlando - Legoland - Gatorland - Water Tubing at Kelly Springs - West Orange Trail is great for biking, blading, running, etc About 22 miles long and you can rent bikes there. - Old Town - Margaritaville - Sunset Walk - Town of Celebration for leisure walking - Clearwater (90 miles away) Walk on to a boat at John's Pass, for deep sea fishing. - Take a day trip to Tampa, FL

There are three flights of stairs (exactly 40 stair steps) that guests must be capable of ascending and descending, in order to get to our unit.

The garbage can is located on the first floor, across from the stairs.. - Please bag your garbage and securely tie it off before you drop it in the garbage can. - Please break down boxes before putting them in the recycling can. - We leave garbage bags under the kitchen sink for our guests. If you do not find any there, please reach out and let me know.
